Technician / Surgical Coordinator

Connecticut Eye Specialists is growing, and we’re looking for our next team member to join our practice in Shelton.

Whether you’re an experienced ophthalmic technician or someone with healthcare experience who is eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you. We are willing to train the right person.

This is more than a typical technician position. Our physicians specialize in cornea, cataract, refractive surgery, and glaucoma, providing the opportunity to work with advanced technology, complex eye diseases, and state-of-the-art surgical care.

Depending on your interests and experience, you may become involved with:

• Cornea and external disease

• Cataract surgery

• LASIK and refractive surgery

• Glaucoma care

• Advanced diagnostic testing and imaging

• Surgical coordination and patient education

• Assisting with office-based procedures

• Opportunities to develop new skills and take on increasing responsibility as you grow within the practice
